Share your wedding story with Ashley during a Design and Style Session, and together with our team we put together a full vision of your wedding weekend! Our focus is designing, planning and coordinating your Bridal Luncheon, Ceremony Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party, Wedding Ceremony and Reception-all with trusted vendors we love to work with within your budget! You’ll have a planning guide to follow alongside as Ashley and her team create the perfect wedding weekend, and access to Ashley throughout your engagement season!
Ashley and her team are with you for showers and parties, Bridal Luncheon, Ceremony Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Parties. Full day and evening coverage includes activities like Getting ready with the Wedding Party, Pre-ceremony Portraits, Guest seating during the Wedding Ceremony, and Ceremony Processional, and of course, dining and dancing together at the Reception. Everything is handled for you and your family so that you can be fully present in this special weekend!

Partial Service Planning and Wedding Weekend Coordination
You’ve chosen the wedding date and venue, and maybe a few other vendors. Ashley schedules with you 4-6 planning sessions, in which together you will fill out the wedding weekend with vendors and artists that will tell your wedding story. You’ll have a monthly planning guide to follow along, and access to Ashley throughout your engagement season,
Ashley and her team are with you during Ceremony Rehearsal, Full day and evening coverage includes activities like Getting ready with the Wedding Party, Pre-ceremony Portraits, Guest seating during the Wedding Ceremony, and Ceremony Processional, and of course, dining and dancing together at the Reception. Everything is handled, you just show up!
Everything is done, but you need help on the day of the wedding
Wedding Weekend Coordination
Wedding Weekend Coordination is perfect for those who already have the venue and most vendors secured, along with the time and excitedness to plan their own wedding! Ashley will meet with you twice during your engagement season. An initial consultation occurs at booking to get a feel for what vendors have already been secured and to review all current contracts- making sure everyone is in agreement of their services. Our team meets again just before the one-month-out mark to tie up any loose ends, confirming all orders with vendors and then sharing with everyone 30 days out.
A member of the APW Team will coordinate your Rehearsal, and be present all Wedding Day to endure all details are taken care of, personal items and wedding party belongings are where they need to be, and that your guests are relaxed and comfortable!
